Gary A. Gourley, loving Husband, Father, Papa, G-Pa, passed to Eternal Life with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 8, 2022. We celebrate knowing that he is rejoicing In Heaven with his parents, Robert and Ellen Gourley. Gary was born August 16, 1950 in Union City PA. He graduated from Cambridge Springs High School in 1968. He was a lifelong dairy and grain farmer with his father Robert and his son Daniel. He was a bus driver for 39 years beginning with McCrillis’s and ending with Mangel’s Bus Service. He enjoyed helping others through his excavating business. His favorite place to be was on his bulldozer and driving his trucks. He was a man of few words but loved his family more than anything. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy Snyder Gourley. Gary and Dorothy were married on June 21, 1969 at Brown Hill United Methodist Church. His daughter, Debra (Tim) Brown of Cambridge Springs and his son Daniel (Jennifer) Gourley of Union City survive him. His granddaughters, Tara (Cody) Lippert of Saegertown, Hayley (Devin) Moses of Erie, Sadie (Andy) Tobin of Edinboro and Alexandria (Dakota Harless) Gourley of Follansbee, West Virginia. He is also survived by his siblings, JoAnne (Jeff) Willison, George (Judy) Gourley and Myron (Debbie) Gourley. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family and friends are invited to Celebrate Gary’s Eternal Life on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City with the funeral service on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Cliff Forbes of New Beginnings Church of God, officiating.
