Kathleen (Kathye) Rae Price, 68, of Union City, lost her battle with cancer on Friday, October 8, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Although Kathye was raised in Pennsylvania, New Symrna Beach, Florida was where she felt at home as she resided there for over 10 years. Kathye was employed by Walmart as a CSM for many years. She enjoyed spending her free time playing BINGO and spending time with her loved ones. Kathye was married to her beloved husband, Richard Price Jr. for 23 years.  Kathye is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Henderson and Loretta Jones; a brother, James Henderson; a grandson, David Anthony; and her beloved pooches, Mister and Otis.  She is survived by her husband, Richard Price Jr. of Union City; her children, Loretta (Dave) Herring, Jacqueline (Jeremy) Kaday, and Francis (Cindy) Hunter, all of Union City, Richard III (Autumn) Price of Corry, and Patricia Silvis of Jamestown, New York; her siblings, Deborah (Gary) Potts of Union City, Donald Cheney (Jeanette Sipes) of DeBary, Florida, Charles (Ester) Henderson of Erie, and Nancy Thieme of Union City; her two loving aunts, Jacqueline Jones and Helen Rogers, both of Corry; her 11 grandchildren, Bridgette Anthony (Kenny Peterson) and Lisa Herring (Shawn Brooks), both of Union City, Kiera Kaday (Alexander Salcius) of Lawrence Park, Nicholas Kaday, Kylie Kaday, Kelsie Kaday, Kaylee Hunter ( Danny Burek), Aubrayella Hunter, Jerrick Hunter, Ellieanna Hunter, and Ciandralei Hunter all of Union City. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; her step-sister, Marlene Glass (Don) of Texas; several nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as her beloved cat, Gracie. In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. Warren-Glenn Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City, PA 16438, were entrusted with funeral arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Kathye’s honor to the funeral home to help offset funeral costs; and/or to a no-kill animal shelter of one’s choice.
