Annette, I am so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful long life your mom lived, though. We should all be so blessed as to have our moms for more than a century! May your memories give you comfort. Bonna
We will miss you Nola! Your memories will remain in me and Chevelle’s heart! Seems like yesterday when you can come down to our yard and talked to us while we fix our flower garden! You’re an amazing lady! Prayers to you Annett and Darlene and to the entire family!- Janice Sweet.
Mrs Coates (my Home Ec. I & II teacher ) taught with
a passion and stood firm on good morales. From scratch made baking powder biscuits to sewing with patterns, she imparted such valuable life skills that are so lacking today. I truly appreciate having been her student and can say that my life is blessed for having known her. Deepest Condolences.
Nola, my first co worker, was an extremely dedicated Home Economics teacher. She taught detail and made sure there was structure in her classroom. I am not surprised she lived a long life at 101 as she lived what she taught and she taught valuable lifelong skills. To her family, I am sorry for your loss. Nola became a trustworthy friend and great co worker. May she rest in peace.
