Ruth our sympathy to you and family.
Ding, what a great man which I usually met only once a year at Family reunion. Couldn’t wait to play horseshoes and volleyball against him, from morning till going home. We had a strong bond.
We prayed the rosary with family, talking about his fishing excursions, down sizing his fishing boat, etc.
Ding will be really missed.
Love, Phil & Kathy.
My condolences to Ruth and her family. Heartfelt sympathy and prayers to your family.
So sorry to read this news. My condolences to Ruth and the family. SO many fond memories of yester-year when I first arrived in Meadville as newly-ordained priest and assigned to St. Agatha Church. So many wonderful memories and god times. Ruth you and your family are in my prayers. God bless you.

My deepest sympathy to the whole family. It’s been years since I have seen Mr. and Mrs. Dimerling, but remember them fondly growing up on Arch St. so many years ago as the “good” parents, both of them.
We love you and miss you so much dad. You gave us a lifetime of happy loving memories to hold onto .You were a kind generous father who loved his family dearly. What a beautiful life you lived. Scott and Teresa
“Aunt” Ruthie and family – so very sorry for your loss. We hope you find comfort in the many memories from your lives together and the wonderful legacy Ding leaves behind. With love, Susie and Cahill Jones
Deepest sympathy to the Ruth, Robin, Scott, Matt and the extended family. While we were connected for a just a short period of time, I have forever had the utmost respect and admiration for all of you.
I just found out about Mr.Dimerling. I always enjoyed his science classes. He made it interesting. I just wish Teachers were as interesting as he was. Mrs. D may you feel the comfort of the angels with you at this time.
Mr Dimerling was a customer of mine when I delivered Meadville Tribune to his apartment on Ravine Street. This had to be between 1957 and 1962. I found him to be very friendly and personable. However as a teacher his personality and demeanor changed. As was evident in dealing with him at Junior High School.
May he Rest In Peace.
