Edith (Edie) Mangol, age 70, died peacefully at her home in Union City, PA on Monday, January 4,2021. Born in Maryland on June 13, 1950, Edie was a daughter to the late William and Velva Zimmerman.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Mangol, Jr., and her sisters Dorothy Duryee, Rosalie Fayhe, and Hazel Lawrence.
She is survived by her brother Harold (Bud) Zimmerman, her son Jerry Zimmerman, daughter Danise Peterson, both of Union CIty, PA, her son Jim Mangol of New Bern, NC, her stepson's John Mangol and David Mangol, both of Union City, PA, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family and friends are welcome to call on Thursday, January 7th from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City. The funeral service will follow at 12:00pm with Pastor Rob Willert, officiating. We do ask visitors to follow CDC Guidelines; wear your mask, social distance, and keep your visit brief.
Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Union City.
