Shirley Louise Estes Leech, 71, of Union City, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 24, 1949 in Union City a daughter of Adam Estes and Nora McClenahan Estes. She married Larry L. "Butch" Leech Sr. on December 4, 1971. He survives.
She was a former Wattsburg student who went on to get her high school diploma from Corry High School with the senior class of 2005. She was a homemaker who raisied her family with a big heart.
Shirley was a member of Union City First United Methodist Church and Wilkins Community Church as well as a volunteer at First Step Campout, Camp Halo, and various other youth groups. She loved her family and showed God's love to all.
She enjoyed puzzles, playing cards, shopping with Suzie but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by, her parents, Sisters: Thelma Estes, Wanda Troup, and Grandson: Marcus David Leech Beers
In addition to her loving husband of 49 years, Larry "Butch"; she is survived by, her children Kevin Estes (Tree Estes), Larry Leech Jr. (Kelsey Edwards), (Alex Edwards), Lisa Dingfelder (Tim Anderson), and her grandchildren Ashley Estes (Coby Smith), Faith Estes, Amine Leech (Ashley Allen-Leech), Gabby Beers (Jacy Smith), Bree Snyder, Josh Snyder,Dakota Sherman, Brooklynn Leech and several brothers and sisters which includes Treva Bartels, Catherine Anthony, Blanche Hesch, Vera Peters, Roger Estes (Patti Estes), Harley Estes, Richard Estes (Lisa Estes)
Due to current COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions there will be no services at this time with a public service to be announced at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's memory in care of Larry Leech, 15415 Willy Road, Union City, PA 16438.
Arrangements are in the care of Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City.

Shirley gave selflessly to all. The world lost a wonderful lady but I am so glad she is resting and enjoying her reward!

shirley,gave alot to everyone,especially my niece suzie higley.im sure lots of people will miss you sweety,you were so special.i lost duane last year ,after 47yrs. of marriage. butch,im so sorry you lost shirley to the lord,yes i will pray for you an your family,im sorry im late leaving this but didnt know she passed till recently.even thou there in gods hands the pain is still bad.hope an pray god keeps you safe an eases some of the heart ache.shirley did alot for alot of people butch,will pray for you and your family. remember that duane is watching over all his family an friends he had for years. god bless you all.diana an duane higley.
