Anthony Ray Ploss, 58, of Erie, passed away, Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at St. Vincent's Hospital. He was born on April 19, 1961 in Corry, a son of John Ploss, Sr. and Roxanne Hamilton Parks. He married Alice F. Beard, she survives. He was a welder for Ridg-U-Rak in North East, and a member of the NRA. Anthony enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to camp, and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids. In addition to his wife, Alice, he is survived by two daughters, Bridget Nicole Gardner of Franklin, and Bethany Marie Gardner of Centerville; five sons, Anthony Greene of Erie, Justin Ploss of Corry, William Ploss of Erie, Kyle Ploss of Centerville, and Shane Gardner of Corry; two sisters, Vickie Rossey and her husband, Earl of Meadville and Stacey Kuberry and her husband Jim of Centerville; a brother, Delbert Ploss of Erie; special aunt and uncle Jean & Burton Ploss of Corry and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Anthony is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, John Ploss, Jr., his grandparents and many aunts and uncles. Family and friends are welcome to call on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City.   1. Our young friend Kyle is blessed to have experienced all he did with his dad. Kyle would often talk about time spent outdoors with Anthony. Children usually express the love they have for their parents in their eyes and smiles. Kyle is no exception. His Kyle’s face always lights up when he talks about you two. We enjoyed meeting and visiting Anthony at the roller rink while watching Kyle race. Jen and I will keep you, Kyle, and your whole family close to our hearts. With love- the Pitrones.
