Geraldine M. Boor, 96, of Bristol, CT, and formerly of Meadville, passed away, Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Ingraham Manor Nursing Home. She was born on July 2, 1923, in West Mead Township, daughter of the late Harry and Freda Gibbons Best. She married Peter Boor on June 5, 1944, he preceded her in death on January 22, 1990.
Geraldine was survived by her son, Bruce Boor and his wife Margie of Terryville, CT; five grandchildren, Zachary Boor; Nithalie Boor; Bryce Boor; Jackson Boor and Scarlett Boor.
In addition to her parents and husband, Geraldine was preceded in passing by her sister Irene and her brother Richard Best.
Friends and family are invited to call the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335, on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service at 5:00 P.M. with Pastor Tim Jordan officiating.
Burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Meadville.

We knew Geraldine way back since the early Agway days of her late husband’s (Pete) service. Geraldine was a great supporter of all Pete and Bruce did and accomplished. Geraldine shared recipes and plant starters with us to enjoy. Bruce, we are remembering you at your time of loss of your dear mother. Thank-you for caring for her since year 1990. Praying for your family and all of the memories you can share of PA life with the grandchildren.
We had another pre-arranged commitment on 8/26 and could not see you at the funeral home.
