Jean Torok
February 19, 1936 ~ December 19, 2017
Jean L. Torok, 81 of Conneautville, PA, passed away, Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Rolling Fields Eldercare Community. She was born on February 19, 1936, daughter of the late August and Clara Haupt Michler. She married Frank Torok on July 10, 1960, he survives.
Jean worked on taxes and worked many years for several Meadville Area Credit Unions.
She enjoyed raising butterflies, crafts, was a former member of TOPS, an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. She loved collecting gnomes and was an animal lover.
Survivors include, her husband Frank Torok of Conneautville, PA; daughter Cindy T. Simonette and her husband Sam of Conneaut Lake, PA; son Dan Torok and his wife Amy of Meadville; five grandchildren, Keri Simonette, Lynsey Simonette, Kristin Hunter and her husband Derrek, Doug Torok and his wife Jenni and Meghan Torok and her fiancé Colton; two great grandchildren, Brayleigh and Bentley Hunter.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents, August and Clara Michler and her brother Raymond Michler.
Friends and family are invited to call the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335, on Saturday, December 23, 2017 from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the service at 12:00 P.M.. The service will be officiated by Pastor David Brumagin from the Trinity United Methodist Church in Conneaut Lake, PA 16335.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crawford County Humane Society, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, PA 16335.
