Guestbook

  1. To my friend Maria and the Calomino family

    What a wonderful man we lost today but Heaven has gained. He was always so nice and considerate, always spoke when he saw me and just so kind. He now will be reunited with your Mom who I remember what such a “hoot”!! We have good memories of our parents Maria and that is how fortunate we were. Take care and God Bless. You will be remembered in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Shirley Costa Callan

  2. Pete was a great man and will be missed by a lot. He was like a brother to my mom at Beverly before she passed and a great friend. He probally spoke of her. I believe he called her Margaret Messina. She passed away a couple years ago and now they will meet again. You have my prayers. God bless.

  3. Pete was a kind & loving man & will be missed by many. He was a wonderful friend to my mom, Katie, and a great companion to Aunt Franny. Our prayers & thoughts go out to his family.

  4. Dearest Maria and Family,
    My condolences in the passing of your father.It is so long since I have seen you Maria. I want to send my love and hugs to you. Thank God, He leaves us with memories to cherish and pass on. The thing is that the promise of heaven allows us all to swallow these human events.I did not know your daddy very well but your mom I did, she was kind protective and caring to my children when they were young; of that I am grateful. May your sweet parents be joyous in their reunion together with all their family and God. Hopefully some day we can get in a visit Maria. My email is attached and when you feel up to it I would love to hear from you. Take care my sweet friend. Love and sympathy, Linda

  5. Dear Maria — Your father was a lovely man. I am grateful that he took the time to visit my dad and many others at Wesbury. Truly a generous gentleman.

  6. Dear family of Peter Calomino;
    My name is Douglas and remember talking with Pete at the Beverly many times over coffee breaks. He knew exactly what everybody used in their drink and that was special. Pete loved to recall stories of his military service over the pond. He was pleased to know my mother Mary Polliard as a patient at Beverly, was from New Kensington also. During her visit home, we tried to visit Pete at Mt.Vernon. So very sorry for your loss.
