Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. My first job as a graduate RN was working with Mary. She took me under her “wing” and taught me what nursing was really about. She always was kind and honest and could be trusted to help. She was a mentor to me and I will not forget her. My deepest sympathy to all of her family…..

  2. I only met Mary a few times many years ago, but some of the Buttray family I knew quite well. I remember spending one Christmas with your family not long after she married into it. She was very nervous, but very nice also. A very good cook as I recall. I’m a Christian now and so I praise the Lord that Mary has gone home to be with Him, but also understand the pain and loss you all feel with her now missing from your lives. May God bless you with the peace that passes human understanding as you learn to live with a large empty spot in your hearts. We Christians know that to be absent from the body is to be in wonderful Glory at the side of Jesus Christ, Mary’s savior.

  3. “Our death is not an end if we can live on in our children and the younger Generation. For they are US, our bodies are only wilted leaves on the tree of life.” -Albert Einstein
