Timothy Lyle Manross, 48, of McMath Ave., Meadville, passed away, unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, November 28, 2011. He was born December 2, 1962 in Meadville, a son of Kenneth Manross and Carol Shmonsky Manross. He attended Meadville Area High School He worked as a painter for Frank Roth and later on for Woodring Detective Agency. He was a member of Vernon Central Fire Department and played pool in the Vernon Township Pool League. Tim enjoyed hunting and fishing, planting roses, and most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by a daughter, Kristy Manross and her companion Tez Hester of Meadville; two sons, Timothy Manross, Jr. of Meadville and Todd Manross and his fiance Randi Jones of Meadville; two grandchildren, Layla Manross and Erin Hester; a sister, Katherine Smith and her husband Terry of Harmonsburg; three nephews, Justin, Cody, and Brandon Smith; and a step-mother, Janis Manross. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, John and Ethel Pastilock; a uncle, Chuck Manross; and a niece, Amber Smith. Family and friends are welcome to call on Friday, December 2nd from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Roofner-Collins-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville. The funeral service will follow calling hours at 8:00pm with Pastor Temple Jarrell of New Beginnings Church of God, officiating. Burial will take place in Kiser Hill Cemetery, East Mead Township. Memorial contributions may be made to Roofner-Collins-Warren Funeral Home, 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335.   2. I am Truely sorry to hear about Tim – (Timmy as I knew him). We had some good times when We would come visit. I’M sure I will see you again one day and we can raise some more cain as we did when we were kids. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
