ANDOVER, Ohio - Angela Maria Gaut, 92, of 5873 Walnut St., Andover, Ohio, died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, at St. Joseph Hospital in Andover.She was born on March 25, 1917, at Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Thomas and Lucy Mariano DeTomaso. She married Arthur W. Gaut on July 11, 1953. He survives.She was of the Catholic faith.Surviving are her husband, Arthur W. Gaut of Andover; a daughter, Arlene Gaut of Andover; a grandchild, Alan Gaut Jr. and his wife, April, of Meadville; two great-grandchildren, Jordyn Gaut and Presley Gaut; a sister, Vivian Demastus and her husband, Dave, of Cleveland, Ohio; and two brothers, Matthew DeTomaso and his wife, Kathryn, and Edward DeTomaso and his wife, Connie, both of Cleveland.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Alan A. Gaut Sr., on July 26, 1987, three brothers, Dominic DeTomaso, Peter DeTomaso and Joseph DeTomaso; and two sisters, Helen and Antoinette.Calling hours will be today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home, 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.The funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.Burial will be Roselawn Memorial Gardens.Memorials can be made to Western Reserve Hospice.
