Rosetta Crusan Rosetta Crusan, 85, of Franklin, passed away at 4:00 a.m., Friday, April 27, at her residence. Born March 12, 1927, in Mercer, Rosetta was the daughter of the late Bartholomew L. and Elizabeth Johnson Bowser. She was married September 24, 1950 to Raymond W. Crusan, and he preceded her in death June 29, 1999. Rosetta retired in 1987 from Franklin Hospital, where she worked in housekeeping. She was a very active member in the Salvation Army, and was a member of the Salvation Army Home League. Rosetta is survived by her children, Raymond W. Crusan II, Harvey E. Crusan and his fiancee', Kathy Jo Miller, Ira L. Crusan and his wife, Lisa Cramer, Violet Bell and Margaret Denny, all of Franklin. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Crusan was preceded in death by her daughter, Naomi Ruth Crusan; her brother, David Bowser; and her sisters, Helen Becki and Violet Frank. Family and friends will be received at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin on Sunday, April 29 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, April 30, at 11 a.m., with Rev. George Brickner, pastor of the Open Door Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Garden. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Visiting Nurses Foundation (491 Allegheny Blvd., Franklin PA 16323).
