Phyllis J. Lepley Phyllis J. Lepley, 76, of 36 Lincoln Street, Franklin, passed away Monday, January 11 2010 at 2:25 a.m. at Sugar Creek Station. Born April 21, 1933, she was the daughter of the late James and Pearl Furey Shull. She was married October 4, 1958 to Fred Lepley, Sr. who survives. She had been employed at Franklin Plastic as a Machine Operator, at the former Franklin Hospital in the Housekeeping Department, and had also worked part-time for Wayne's Meat Market. In addition to her husband, Phyllis is survived by two sons, Fred Lepley Jr., and his wife, Jacqueline, and Gary Lepley, both of Franklin; three grandchildren, Kayla Nicole Lepley of Greenville, Pa., Travis Michael Lepley of Franklin, and Jordan Matthew Lepley of Franklin; three brothers, Herbert Shull and his wife, Lucy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Richard Shull and his wife, Mary of Oil City, and Homer Shull of Florida; a sister, Carla Haney of Franklin; a sister-in-law, Marie Shull of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert, James, Alfred and Elson Shull; five sisters, Charlotte Chapin, Ella Cotterman, Betty Shoffstall, Mildred Kugler, and Dorothy E. Baker. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 13 at the Gardinier Funeral Home Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Funeral Home with the Rev. Susan Evans presiding. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
