Neil Dana Jolley Neil Dana Jolley, 36, of 1548 Garden Drive, Franklin, died Wednesday morning, July 14, 2010, on Route 8 in Irwin Township as a result of an automobile accident. Born, May 30, 1974, in Franklin, Neil was the son of John J. and Patricia Sires Jolley. He was a U.S. Navy Operation Desert Storm Era Veteran. He was employed by Local Union #964 in New Castle. Neil was married August 1, 2008 to the former Amy Turner, who survives. Neil enjoyed the outdoors and was a Penn State Football fan. He especially loved his children, his family, and his friends, and treasured his time spent with them. Neil is survived by his parents, John and Patricia Jolley of Utica; his wife, Amy Jolley of Franklin; his two sons, Kyler K. Jolley and Brandon P. Jolley, both of Franklin; and his two daughters, Skylynn M. Jolley and Kaycee R. Jolley, both of Franklin. He is also survived by his two brothers, Jason Jolley of Utica, and Eric Jolley of Meadville. Additionally, Neil is survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Michael and Linda Turner of Utica; and his maternal grandmother, Barbara Sires, of Utica. Neil is also survived by his aunts, Darlene Mitchell of Morrison, Oklahoma, Robin Arbuckle of Cooperstown, and Kimberly Smith and her husband, Bradley, of Hadley, PA; his uncles, James Sires and his wife, Andrea, of Sheakleyville, PA, and Steven Jolley and his wife, Dottie, of Oil City; and his nieces, Keara Thomas and Josey Jolley; and nephew, Jack Jolley, all of Meadville. Neil was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Eugenia Jolley; and his maternal grandfather, Paul Sires. . Friends may call at the Gardinier Funeral Home Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, on Sunday, July 18, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services for Neil will be private at the convenience of his family and will be presided over by Rev. David Janz, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin.
