Kathryn Marie Swartzfager

Kathryn Marie Swartzfager, 58, of 9 Crestview Drive, Franklin, died at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at her residence. Born Jan. 17, 1951, in Franklin, she was the daughter of Robert L. Chatley and Virginia M. Balmer Chatley. Mrs. Swartzfager was homemaker. She attended Grace United Methodist Church in Rocky Grove. She is survived by three children, Jennifer Porter of Butler, Jeffrey L. Denny II of Franklin and Justin J. Harris of Franklin. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Dakota Harris of Churchville, Va., Austin Denny of Virginia, Shyler Gill of Butler, Nakita Denny of Crossville, Tenn., Mackenzie Porter, Ryan Woods and Izabell Woods, all of Franklin, and Frankie Harris and Draygon Harris, both of Oil City; and two great-grandchildren, Aiden Harris and Haven Reed, both of Churchville, Va. She also is survived by a sister, Elaine Kightlinger of Cooperstown; four brothers, Steven Chatley and his wife, Andrea, of Miramar, Fla., Michael Chatley of New Port, Jerry Chatley and his wife, Penny, of Franklin, and Tim Chatley and his wife, Cathy, of Franklin; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, at Grace United Methodist Church in Rocky Grove with the Rev.
