I was saddened by the news of my friend Karls Passin, Karl was a very honorable and caring man. I worked beside Karl for many years at
the Crawford County Development Corporation,He taught me many things of electrical work. Karl always made me feel like I was someone important too. He was just that kind of man, a rare breed today. I send my condolences to his sister, Im sorry for your loss of your brother.

To my cousin I will miss you so much I hope you knew how much I loved you.
I willalways remember our trips as a large family to Lake Erie to swim and picnic. I also remember how good you have always been sharing your vegtables from your garden. Will miss you Mike.
I worked with Karl at the redevelopment authority . It was quite some time ago , about 13 years. I was a 22 years old . When Karl and Al saw me as their new help they were not sure of me or my abilities. I worked hard to gain there approval . I feel i proved myself because when i got my first raise at a job Karl simply looked at me and said you earned it enough said! I only worked with him for a short time , but he left a big impression on me . I wish I would have gone to see him all the times I thought about it , but sadly didn’t . To Karl’s family I am sorry for your loss.
