We say goodbye to a loving mother, grandma, aunt & friend. Proverbs 22:1 " A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favor rather than silver and gold. " Judy or mom as she was known to many always had others needs before hers, would give you her last dollar or the shirt off her back. She graduated from mercer high school in 1960 then went on to Spencer hospital school of nursing, then went on to have an incredible career as a pediatric nurse ending prematurely in 1998 do to congestive heart failure, it devastated her because she loved those children & their families. She loved her cooking shows & the Hallmark channel, teddy bears & of course babies. She was involved with active aging, painting class, bingo & card club. She was a great listener & had beautiful eyes & georgeous smile. She was looking forward to the upcoming wedding of her only child & his fiancé Michelle. She enjoyed her friends at the Changing place & cornerstone church & always looked forward to getting together with her dear friends she worked with all those years in nursing (you know who you are) survivors include: son brian william neff & fiance Michelle irene dragosavac, a grandson ryan andruw garder, a sister-in-law sandra harry & her daughters janelle & tenille. There will be a memorial picnic in her honor, date & time to announced.   4. I have very fond memories of sleep overs with cousin Judy at her parent’s house, parent’s restaurant, and Grandma Campbell’s. We had some real “giggle fests.” She was always fun to be with.
