I am sorry for your loss. When I was a child, my dad, Abe Harter, used to take me along with him when he went to your farm to get milk every week. And my brother, John Harter, was a good friend of Orrie Shaffer, whom I believe is related to you. Please accept my sympathy. Kathy Harter Storm

Mrs. Burkhard was my Sunday School teacher as a child, and as an adult she always had a hug when I visited my home church. I’m very thankful for her love to children (and to me). I’ll never forget singing songs at sundayshcool and visiting the farm. I’m sure she is now singing those songs in heaven!
Sadly missed by all, she was an inspiration to anyone that knew her.
Bobbie Jo and family,
Our deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mother. I helped Jeanne teach Sunday School at the Presbyterian Church about fifty years ago when our children were small. She was a lovely woman and so kind. We talked several times recently at Sugarcreek Station. Thanks to Bobbie Jo for talking with me and giving me updates on her Moms’ condition. I appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Again, my deepest sympathy to all of the family.
Bobbie and family,
Sorry for your loss. I just lost my husband, Ray Beach, and while reading my condolences I saw your mothers. What a great lady she was and I’m sure you will miss her. You will be in my thoughts. Take care. Jane Houser Beach
