Edward Rowe

Edward Rowe, 82, of The Caring Place, Franklin, died Sunday, September 2, 2012 at UPMC-Northwest, in Seneca. He was born on July 11, 1930 in Franklin. Edward worked as a factory worker up until the time of his retirement. He was an avid Steelers fan and enjoyed attending activities at The Caring Place including bingo and church services. Mr. Rowe is survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Edward Farren Skip Rowe; and a daughter, Dorothy Noreen Lampert-Wingard. Family and friends of Edward will be received at The Caring Place, 103 N. 13th Street, Franklin, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held following visitation at 11 a.m., at The Caring Place, with Rev. Linda Deeter, Chaplin of The Caring Place, officiating. Interment will be private. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of ones choice.
